Cancellation Policy

To cancel within 24-hours, please contact us via text as to abide by our cancellation policy. 1. A 50% charge of the entire service will be assessed if an appointment is cancelled within 24-hours of the appointment day and time. 2. A 100% charge of the entire service(s) will be assessed and charged if an appointment is not cancelled, not called upon, and is a no-show to the appointment. A No Call/No Show is described as not contacting or showing up to C&T Massage Therapy by the appointment start time. 3. An appointment is cancelled with communication or a no call/no show cancellation after 20-minutes passes. After 20-minutes from the start point of the appointment an appointment is considered cancelled.
